ConSpec Building Systems provides remodeling, general contracting and construction management services. We specialize in custom and ultra-custom homes. Our emphasis is on customer service, and we prefer to work directly for the owner. We have found that it is possible to offer a superior level of service at a reduced cost through the use of a concept that we call "partnering".

First licensed in 1983, we have extensive experience in all phases of construction, historic renovation and construction management. In our 35+ years in this area we have many satisfied clients and all types of projects to our credit.
